We have exciting news!

 

Roxanne Coffelt CPA, LLC is now Clarity Value Advisors, LLC.  We still have the same ownership and offer the same services, but we felt this name was a more accurate reflection of the services we offer. We don’t offer traditional accounting firm services like bookkeeping or payroll. This was a continuing source of confusion for potential clients. We feel this new name highlights the business valuation, value advisory, and litigation support services that we do offer.

 

We are in the process of converting everything to the new name, but we wanted to notify our clients, partners and others before we started making any changes. Our old email addresses and domain name will continue working for several months. If you are a tax client, we will continue to do your return. However, we are not necessarily looking for new tax clients.

 

Currently, the new firm, Clarity Value Advisors, is not a CPA firm. At present, we haven’t decided whether to apply for a firm license, since it is not required for the services we offer. Roxanne Coffelt still holds her individual CPA license as well as her CVA designation.
